Overview: The college has maintained strong connections with its former students since its inception. However, a formal structure was established on 18th November 2004. We consider our alumni to be ambassadors of the college. It is a matter of pride for us that our alumni have achieved endeavors and have reached prominent positions in various fields—be it administration, academia, industry, entrepreneurship, politics, or management. The primary aim of the association is to foster a cordial relationship between the college and its alumni, and to share experiences of mutual growth and achievement across diverse domains. To fulfill this purpose, alumni meetings and reunions are organized on the college campus from time to time. Today, former students can connect with the college whenever they wish, from wherever they are. The alumni, students, employers, community, and the college collectively strive to build enduring and mutually beneficial relationships. The college is committed to taking its alumni relations programme to new heights.
We take pride in the fact that many of our alumni contribute generously to the development of the college. A group of former students has established a fund in the form of fixed deposits to support financially weak students from the general category. While students belonging to the SC/ST categories receive government scholarships, there are many students from the general category who also face financial hardships. For them, paying tuition fees and other academic expenses can be a significant challenge. These scholarships are awarded annually to help such students continue their education.
